PURPOSE:To obtain a loading device which an perform even a small diameter disk by having a recessed part to hold a small diameter compact disk to an inner circumferential part in the diameter direction while an outer circumferential part is approximately the same diameter as the compact disk of a diameter 12cm and providing a locking part at a part thereof. CONSTITUTION:The titled adapter is provided with a hole 1b in which an outer diameter is the same diameter as the compact disk of 12cm and a small diameter compact disk enters the inside, the relief part 1c of an optical pick-up and the locking part 1d of an adapter to a tray. A small diameter 5 is mounted on a turn table 6, an optical pick-up 7 is moved to the outer circumferential part of the small diameter disk 5 at the time of performance, and then, it enters the relief hole 1c of the optical pick-up.
