PURPOSE:To simplify a program, by providing an indirect type output queue means which outputs an allotting message to a printer terminal having the minimum number of terminal residence messages stored by a terminal message output queue means. CONSTITUTION:Each of queues Q1-Qn in a terminal message output queue means group 3 responds to specific printer terminals T1-Tn in a printer terminal group 4 in one to one, and stores the number of residence messages of the printer terminal. The indirect type output queue means 1, when receiving the allotting message from an allotting message processing program 5, registers the allotting message on the queue having the minimum number of residence messages out of terminal message output queues corresponding to the printer terminal included in the allotting message. And the allotting message is outputted to the printer terminal having the minimum number of residence messages at the time of requesting allotting. In such a way, it is possible to simplify the allotting message processing program since it is not necessary to be conscious of load on every terminal.
