摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately find a maximum radio wave leakage place in a short time by performing a sweep by an electric power density sensor along the periphery of the door of a high frequency heating device and further measuring the detected maximum radio wave leakage place by an electric power density sensor for precise measurement. CONSTITUTION:Electric power density sensors 27 are arranged at the parts of the upper side and lower side of the door 26 of the high-frequency heating device 25 and swept horizontally, continuously, and reciprocally for the time of at least one turn of a radio wave mode converting device in an extremely short time obtained by dividing one cycle of the radio wave mode converting device into several at a speed of sweeping from one end of the door 26 to the other end. Further, electric power density sensors 28 are arranged at the pars of the left side and right side of the door 26 and swept similarly in vertical and reciprocal directions. A CPU compares the electric power density of a leak radio wave at each side part of the door 26 and its leakage place obtained by the both to select one maximum radio wave leakage place. The electric power density sensor 29 for precise measurement is put closer to the selected leakage place by a robot and stopped while the radio wave mode converting device makes at least one turn to measure the electric power density of the leaked radio wave precisely, and the CPU decides automatically whether or not the measured value is normal.
