MAGNETOSTATIC WAVE OSCILLATION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To realize a compact structure of a magnetostatic wave oscillator and to save the power consumption by connecting a two terminal resonator for magnetostatic waves to two of three terminals of a transistor and at the same time connecting a capacitive or inductive reactance to another remaining terminal of the transistor as well as to said two terminals respectively. CONSTITUTION:A two terminal magnetostatic wave resonator 1 is connected to two terminals of a transistor 2 and at the same time the capacitors 3 and 5 or an inductive reactance 10 is connected between said two terminals and another remaining terminal of the transistor 2. For the reactance 10, a line of about 100 characteristic impedance is folded meanderingly so thot the length of the reactance 10 is reduced. The DC power is supplied from a rear side conductor 13 as a ground potential and also from a terminal 11. The oscillating power is extracted from the rear side conductors of both terminals 12 and 13.
