Electronic system for agricultural machines which are equipped with an electronic on-board computer having an indicator and an input keyboard, the indicator possessing a display, via which, by means of indicated terms, a dialogue with the user of the machine takes place and/or an indication and/or instructions to the user are given. In order substantially to improve the known electronic system for worldwide use so that anyone can operate it, provision is made for the terms and words employed for the dialogue with the user to be programmed and/or stored in the microcomputer in various languages, and for the terms to be indicated in the display in the desired language by means of a change-over device.
