<p>PURPOSE:To enable a coil spring to be automatically incorporated, while making direction setting of both end hooks of the spring by employing a process of moving the hook portions of a spring loaded in the slot of a reciprocally moving spring receiver block, along a slope and turning into its horizontal attitude. CONSTITUTION:A spring 4 supplied through a supply tube 3 drops into a V-shaped slot 7 when a reciprocally moving spring receiver block 6 comes to the left end of reciprocal motion. While the spring receiver block 6 moves rightward, the spring 4 rotates resulting from contact of the hook portion 4a of the spring 4 with the slope 8a of a slope guide 8. This rotation continues until the hook portion 4a fully comes into contact with the slope 8a, but stops thereafter, and the hook portion 4a slips to a horizontal plane 8b adjacent to the slope 8a. When the spring 4 rotates until the overall portion of hook 4a comes into contact with the horizontal plane 8b, direction setting of the hook 4a finishes. When the spring receiver block 6 stops motion, the spring 4 is held in a position determined by the top of a holder plate spring 12 located above.</p> |
