PURPOSE:To provide a reinforced thick RIMMED product with a second undercoat film and a topcoat film applied after the release of the mold by applying an undercoat on the inner surface of a foam molding mold to be transferred onto a molding during a reaction injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A mold release agent is sprayed on the surface of a mold 6 for molding of a spoiler, then, a 2-liquid urethane coat applied as an undercoat 7 and dried. Then, after a steel plate reinforcement 9 is inserted into the mold 6, a urethane resin containing a foaming agent is injection molded to obtain a molding with an undercoat film 11 transferred onto a foamed urethane resin 10. After the removal of the mold release agent attached to the coating film 11, a second undercoat film 12 and a topcoat film 13 are formed to finish a desired spoiler 8. This permits the inhibiting of bubbles generated near a skin layer thereby producing a thick RIM product eliminating pinhole. |
