PURPOSE:To automize the setting of the sound volume and the tone color of a ringing tone by storing set time period and the sound volume and the color tone of a ringing tone that correspond to the set time period in a memory part by means of an input part, and generating a ringing tone in accordance with said volume and tone by a ringing tone generating part when a call comes in from a trunk. CONSTITUTION:When an user, intends to set a reservation, inputs a reserving dat consisting of a set time period, ringing sound volume, and a call color tone from a registration input part 19, and this reserved data is registered in a registratio memory part 23. A control part 27 controls a display part 21 to display a set time period, ringing sound volume, and a call color tone. If there is an incoming call, the control part 27 judges whether or not a reservation is set, and in case it is set, compares the time generated by a timer generating part 25 and the set time period stored in the memory part 23. If the time when a call comes in is within a reserved set time period, the control part 27 reads out the corresponding reserved data of ringing sound volume and ringing tone color from the memory part 23, and transmits this data to a sound generating circuit 5.
