PURPOSE:To maintain function as long as all the data buses in a main equipment are not faulty by providing a data conversion means between a main control means and a bus control means, and making telephone control means and a trunk control means arbitrarily connectable to respective data buses connected to the bus control means. CONSTITUTION:The telephone control means 4 receives a status information from a key telephone set 7, and transmits to the bus control means 3 through a data bus 6. The trunk control means 5 controls so that the bus control means 3 receives an incoming information from a trunk CO through the data bus 6. The bus control means 3 executes data communication with the telephone control means 4 and the trunk control means 5, and transmits the status information of the telephone set 7 and the incoming information from the trunk CO to a data conversion means 2. Receiving these information from the bus control means 3, the conversion means 2 converts the data respectively into the telephone set an the trunk so that the main control means 1 can process them, and transmits the information to the means 1. Receiving these information of respective terminals supplied by the means 2, the means 1 processes them based on control data set for the respective terminals, and controls the respective terminals by means of the processed data.
