PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of the error rate of a disk due to the sticking of a chip by providing the coated layer of a low friction coefficient substance at one side surface of the supporting surface of a supporting part and the supported surface of an information recording medium supported by above- mentioned supporting surface. CONSTITUTION:A coated layer 30 composed of a low friction coefficient provided at a supporting surface 3a of a disk 1 of a supporting part 3 of a case 4 is formed by sticking, for example, a nylon seed containing a carbon to the supporting surface 3a. Consequently, the generation of the sliding connecting scratch between a disk 1 and the supporting part 3 at the time of a mounting operation can be prevented by the coated layer 30, and even at the time of the handling in the condition to remove a cartridge with a driving device 16, the case 4 and the disk 1 are slid, and even then, the scratch, chip and other dust do not occur. Thus, durability can be improved, the sticking of the chip and dust to the recording surface of the disk 1 is prevented and the reduction of the error rate can be interrupted.
