PURPOSE:To attain the integral information and reception of events by providing an event management table for managing the correspondence between informed event and the reception. CONSTITUTION:In the case of instructing the reservation of a bit of event information an event storage processing 18 is started to record the event information in a specified event storage file 22. The event information can be read out from the event storage file 22 later. Therefore, in the case of necessitating the reception of the event which occurs before receiving the request of supervision the event information can be obtained from the event storage file 22. When the request of supervision and the request of waiting reception from plural recipients are issued to the event management table 19, the events are informed to all the objective people. In this case, the event information is stored in an event queue 20 on a memory if only the request of supervision is issued though the request of reception is not issued and the processing for transferring the event information is executed when the request of reception is issued later.
