PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a circuit and to make the area for integration to a semiconductor substrate smaller by constituting the titled circuit of a current mirror circuit and a control transistor which releases or short- circuits the electric potential of the common connection gate of a reference transistor and a slave transistor in the current mirror circuit according to a control command by receiving the control command in the gate. CONSTITUTION:An MOS transistor for on/off control is not connected to the slave transistor 40 and an MOS transistor for compensation is not connected to the reference transistor 30, then the source sides of both MOS transistors 30 and 40 are directly grounded. For the on/off control, instead, the control transistor 50 is connected in order that the voltage of action point in the current mirror circuit, that means the electric potential of the common connection gate of the reference transistor 30 and the slave transistor 40, can be short- circuited or released. When ON action is executed according to the control command CS received in the gate, the electric potential is made to be lost by short-circuit and the slave transistor 40 is made to execute the OFF action, so that slave current Id disappears. On the contrary, during OFF action normal slave current is generated in the salve transistor 40.
