Transcribing method comprises (i) the formation of microprominence and depression on the surface of stainless steels, (ii) first baking treatment for attachment of an enamel material on the surface with prominence and depression at 720-820 deg.C and (iii) secondary baking treatment for strong coherence of enamel material and inorganic pigment of transcription paper at 30-100 deg.C lower temperature than first backing temperature, after putting the transcription paper, on which letters and/or patterns are printed, on the enamel material.
