PURPOSE:To raise the understandability, to improve the reliability of service, and to reduce a load on a system by monitoring whether each sending-out buffer is idle or not, and sending this monitoring information to an input processing means. CONSTITUTION:A calling number which is inputted to an encoding device 30a through an incoming device 20 from a subscriber's station is sent to an input processing part 33, after which of plural groups a subscriber of this calling object belongs to is identified by an identifying part 31. The processing part 33 knows whether a sending-out buffer 35a of the group to which this calling number belongs is idle or not, by sending-out buffer monitoring information from a state monitoring part 34a, inputs the calling number to the buffer 35a, if said buffer is idle, and inputs said number to an idle waiting buffer 32 pro vided in order to hold the calling number until the buffer 35a goes to idle, when said buffer is not idle. The calling number which is inputted to the buffer 35a is sent to a transmitter interface device 40 successively by a timing which can be transmitted by a time slot allocated to the respective groups, by a sending-out control part 36. |
