PURPOSE:To control an operation right correspondingly to a command and to prevent a command from being inputted by an operator having no operation right using operation right information previously registered in a system to control the reception of an input command. CONSTITUTION:When an operator inputs an operation right from a console device 3, control is transferred to an input control means 1. The means 1 checks operation right information and the one managed by an operation right control means 5. When both the operation right information parts are different from each other, an error message is outputted to the console device 3. If the operator inputs a command 'A' for stopping the system when command input is available, a console input control means 1 obtains input enabling command information for the console device 3 permitting input from the means 5, checks the input command and outputs an error message. |
