PURPOSE:To prevent a password from being illegally used by denying a response when the password in push-phone data received from a push-phone set through a public line does not coincide with a password previoutly registered in a file. CONSTITUTION:The push-phone set 1 is connected to a character converter 2 in a computer system through the public line 100 to transmit push-phone data including a password. The push-phone data are transmitted to a magnetic disk 9 through a bus 101 and the file 8 previously registering the password is retrieved. When the password coincident with the password of the sent push- phone data exists, a work station 11 is driven and the processed result is answered, but when there is no coincident password, its reception is denied. Consequently, the password can be prevented from being illegally used by a person other than a person on duty. |
