PURPOSE:To attain the operation of a satisfactory communication work by calculating and displaying the on-site time of the other party, when the other party of communication is in a region where there is a difference in time from its own terminal place. CONSTITUTION:When a registration mode key 2 depressed, the equipment goes to a registration mode to a one-touch key 4, and a display urging an input is executed to indicator 5. When the key 4 is operated, the data of an inputted telephone number and a region code is stored in a RAM 12. When a display mode setting key 3 is depressed, a CPU 12 retrieves a table storing a region name corresponding to a region code stored in a ROM 11, fetches the region name and the difference in time, executes an arithmetic operation deriving the time of the other party by the RAM 12, from the time of the region where its own machine is set, supplied from a time setting part 17, and displays the region name and the time of the other party on a display part 5 (14). Thereafter, an operator executes the dialing of the telephone number registered in the key 4.
