PURPOSE:To secure heat resistance and corrosion resistance of a heat exchanger by manufacturing the whole heat exchanging section of the heat exchanger from ceramics and also simplify the construct-of each module by making the heat exchanging section by a lamination construction with heat exchange modules of the same shape. CONSTITUTION:Primary fluid is introduced from an inlet port 1 and passes through a flow channel 6 of the heat exchange section 5 and is discharged from an outlet port 2. On the other hand, secondary fluid is introduced from an inlet port 3 to pass through a flow channel 7 of the heat exchange section 5 and is discharged from an outlet port 4. Such a module 12 is stacked in 3 rows and 6 stages to form a heat exchanging section 14 and it is received in the inner side of a heat insulating material 13 of the heat exchanger. At the top section of the heat exchanger an inlet header 8 of the primary fluid and an outlet header 11 of the secondary fluid are provided. The inlet ports and outlet ports of modules in three rows are collected as one and they communicate with the outside of the heat exchanger. Further, at the bottom section of the heat exchanger an outlet port header of the primary fluid and inlet port header of the secondary fluid which correspond to the top section are provided.
