PURPOSE:To sprinkle cooling water uniformly to a radiator by providing a water sprinkling opening at the lower section of a water sprinkler pipe and providing a rotating vane at its upper section. CONSTITUTION:Water sprinkling openings 13 are formed on the lower section of a water sprinkling pipe 3'. Further, a rotatary vane 14 is attached to the upper section of the water sprinkling pipe 3', and the water sprinkling pipe 3' rotates by hitting the rotatry vane by the air flowing from the lower section to the upper section. In such cooling tower the cooling water is discharged right downwards from the water sprinkling pipe 3' and it does not collide with the air flowing from the lower section so that the water is uniformly sprinkled to a radiator. Further, it is possible to change the rotational speed of the water sprinkling pipe 3' freely by changing the angle of the rotatary vane 14.
