PURPOSE:To obtain a flexible composition having excellent heat-resistance, impact resistance, moldability, chemical resistance and antistaticity, by compounding a specific maleimide-type and/or styrene-type copolymer with a polyamide elastomer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of (A) 5-99% maleimide- type copolymer and/or styrene-type copolymer obtained by copolymerizing at least one kind of unsaturated compound containing functional group selected from hydroxyl-containing unsaturated compounds, carboxyl-containing unsaturated compounds, acid anhydride group-containing unsaturated compounds, a amino- containing unsaturated compounds and epoxy-containing unsaturated compounds and (B) 1-95% polyamide elastomer, wherein the content of the functional group-containing unsaturated compound in the composition is 0.5-15%. The functional group-containing unsaturated compound is preferably a hydroxyl- containing unsaturated compound.
