PURPOSE:To photograph a stereoscopic video by providing a means for separating a photographed left video and a right video synchronously with the fetch of an optical image and a pair of display devices for respectively displaying the right and left videos. CONSTITUTION:Shutters 1, 2 opening and closing synchronously with the vertical synchronizing signal of the photographed video signal are disposed in front of the inlet of an optical system 3. An optical image is converted to the video signal (a) in an image pick up part 4. Based on the signal (a) including a vertical synchronizing signal component, a field discriminating circuit 5 generates a signal (b) changing in the fields of an even number and an odd number to alternately open and close the shutters 1, 2 for every field through a shutter driving circuit 6. The signal (a) is applied to a switch circuit 10 via an amplifying circuit 7, switched by the signal (b) and alternately applied to video display parts 8, 9. When a view finder is constituted by matching the display parts 8, 9 to right and left eyes, a user can see the stereoscopic video according to an after image effect. |
