PURPOSE:To preclude the inflow of rain water into a chamber after detaching an air supplying and discharging tube, by a method wherein a wall penetrating pipe, through which an air supplying and discharging tube is penetrated, is divided into two pieces and an indoor base plate having a lid body is attached to one side while an outdoor base plate having another lid body is attached to the other side of the pipe and both of the wall penetrating pipes are engaged in a wall hole. CONSTITUTION:An indoor base plate 6, having the lid body 5 of a hinge system, is attached to one side of a wall penetrating pipe 3, divided into two pieces, while the indoor base plate 6 is positioned at indoor side and is fixed to the surface of an indoor wall. The indoor base plate 6 is provided with a penetrating opening 8 capable of penetrating an air supplying and discharging tube 7. The engagement and the retaining of the indoor base plate 6 and the air supplying and discharging tube 7 are effected by the slide sheet in up-and-down direc tion and a rail type guide groove, for example. An outdoor base plate 10 having a lid body 9 opened and closed into up-and-down direction is attached to the wall penetrating pipe 4 of the other side flange connection, for example. The lid body 9 is attached to the upper end of the outdoor base plate 10 through a hinge or the like so as to be pivotally. The wall penetrating pipe 3 and the other wall penetrating pipe 4 are engaged in a wall hole. After extracting the air supplying and discharging tube 7, the lid body 9 closes an opening 12 automatically by the gravity thereof.
