PURPOSE:To improve the picture quality of a broadcast destination by broadcasting a data which has been brought to polling reception from plural destinations, to plural destinations, as one file, as an electronic data, without dropping it into recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile 4 is provided with a processor 20 and a memory 22, and the processor 20 controls a receiving part 23, a transmitting part 24 and the memory 22. Also, the facsimile 4 is provided with a destination holding part 21, and telephone numbers of facsimiles 1, 2, 3 and 5, 6, 7 for executing a polling reception are stored therein. First of all, the facsimile 4 executes the polling reception by a control of the processor 20. In this state, when the facsimiles 1, 2 and 3 are called by referring to the holding part 21, and the polling reception is executed by instructing a data communication, picture data from the facsimile 1, 2 and 3 are stored in the memory 22, respectively, and a file 8 is constituted. Subsequently, a broadcast destination is led out of the holding part 21, it is inputted to the processor 20, and the facsimiles 5, 6 and 7 are read out. Next, the film 8 to be broadcast is designated, and the broadcast is started.
