发明名称 CONSTANT-VOLTAGE CIRCUIT OF SOLAR BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the detection of shortage of a voltage generated in a solar battery and also to enable the detection of shortage of a voltage in a built-in accumulator, by equipping a voltage detection IC with a load voltage detection circuit for detecting a low level voltage on a load terminal and a solar battery voltage detection circuit for detecting a voltage in the solar battery. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a solar battery 2, a circuit for a load terminal 13 where power generated in the solar battery 2 is supplied to a load, a voltage detection IC1 which detects a voltage of the load terminal 13 and outputs it in excess of a prescribed high level, and a transistor 3 which is operated to receive the output of the voltage detection IC1 and to escape a current generated in the solar battery 2. The voltage detection IC1 in a constant-voltage circuit of such a solar battery is equipped with a load voltage detection circuit for detecting the voltage on the load terminal 13 and outputting a prescribed low level as a determination level and a solar battery voltage detection circuit for detecting the voltage generated in the solar battery 2 and outputting the prescribed generation level as the determination level. Thus, states are displayed in accordance with the output in said load voltage detection circuit and that in said solar battery voltage detection circuit.
