PURPOSE:To remove quickly, a metal core member from a molded item and to make recovery of the removed core member metal easier, by utilizing a high-frequency induction heat as a means for melting the metal core member from the synthetic resin molded item. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped molded item 1 having a built-in core member 2 is placed inside a copper coil 3 and 100 Hz-10<3> Hz high frequency electric current is passed therein from a high-frequency generator to generate dielectric field. The core member 2 generates heat by itself due to a spiral electric current generated therein and reaches a molten state. The ends of the U-shaped molded item 1 is placed downward, so that the molten metal can easily flow down due to gravity. The metal is successively melted upward from the ends of the U-shape while the coil 3 or the molded item 1 is being moved upward or downward and the molten metal is received by a vessel to be recovered. |
