PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction, erroneous display, electric leakage trouble, etc., caused by ingressed water with a simple constitution by a method wherein an operation panel is so constituted as to be equipped with partition plates holding the ingressed water and oil at respective lower rear parts. CONSTITUTION:At the lower rear part of an operation part for a cooking stove and a grill, a partition plate 18 is installed and also at the lower rear part of an oven operation part 6 the same type partition plate 19 is installed. The plate 18 with a flange 18a at its tip holds water ingressing from the gaps between inserting holes 9 for knobs and the knobs 7 placed on an operation panel 4 and protects a display tube 10 and a printed substrate for switches installed at the lower part of the plate 18 from ingressed water dripping on them and further the other plate 19 receives water ingressing from the panel 4, the part 6, etc., and protects a control member 17, etc., installed at the lower part of the plate 19 from the ingressed water. By this constitution, electric parts such as control parts, etc., can be protected from the ingressed water even when water, etc., fall on the surface of the panel 4.
