PURPOSE:To obtain a polyester polymer composition having high crystallization rate and continuing the crystallization even at a low temperature, by adding a specific terminal-etherified polycaprolactone oligomer to a base polymer. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a crystalline saturated polyester polymer is compounded with 0.1-100pts.wt. of a terminal-etherified polycaprolactone oligomer of formula (R1 and R3 are 2-10C hydrocarbon group; R2 is 2-10C hydrocarbon group; m and n are 1-4) having a polymerization degree of 1-4.
