PURPOSE:To improve the sharpness and the color reproducibility of the titled material, and to control the change with the lapse of time caused by a natural radial rays by incorporating a prescribed amount of silver into the high sensitive photographic sensitive material having respectively one or more layers of blue, green and red sensitive silver halide emulsion layers mounted on a supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The titled material comprised of respectively one or more layers of blue, green and red sensitive silver halide emulsion layers (BL, GL, RL) mounted on the substrate body, and has >=800 a specified photographic sensitivity. In the titled material, the amount of silver contg. in the material is the range of 3.0-9.0g/m<2>. And, RL, GL and BL are respectively composed of two or more layers having the different sensitivities. The silver content contg. in the max. sensitive layer of the respective two or more layers is preferably 0.3-1.8g/m<2>, and the layer preferably contains a bivalent coupler. And, at least one layer of RL, GL and BL layers contains the emulsion composed of a monodispersible silver halide particle having <=16 coefficient of variation and preferably contains a DIR compd. shown by the formula. Thus, the deterioration having the change with the lapse of time in the preservation of the titled material after the production is reduced, and the titled material having high image quality is obtd.
