PURPOSE:To improve the safety and the reliability of components by reducing the temperature at various parts by dividing the air flow in a gas cooker into a flow that passes through a gap under the door, the heating chamber and exhaust gas guide, and a flow that passes through the upper part of the door, the heating chamber and the upper part of the exhaust gas guide. CONSTITUTION:A heating chamber 5, a top wall 12, an exhaust gas guide 8 and a flat space 14 above the top wall 13 are formed. A gap is formed under a door 6, which gap being connected to the heating chamber 5. The door 6 is tightly fitted to the heating chamber 5 at its upper part with a sash 16, and holes 17 connected to the flat space 14 are formed above said tight fitting. The tight fitting causes the air resistance to become substantially greater than at the exhaust gas guide 8 when viewed from grill burner 7, and prevents the hot air in the heating chamber 5 from leaking from the front opening for the door 6. In order to form the flat space 14 above the heating chamber 5 and the exhaust gas guide 8, an extension 19 is formed to the heating chamber 5 and the side walls 18 of the exhaust gas guide 8, and a mounting plate 20 for stove burner 2 etc., is fitted thereto with screws.
