PURPOSE:To obtain high-quality frozen boiled rice divided into single grains, by loosing boiled rice into a layer, cooling it by indirect cooling using air as a medium and by a cooler with a refrigerant jacket while loosing it and removing liberated water, follwoed by freezing it. CONSTITUTION:The prepare boiled 8 rice is fed to the hopper 7, loosened by rotating the bulk loosening rod 12, made into a layer with about 5mm. thickness on the net conveyor 3, and transferred. It is then introduced into the air circulating drying chamber 15, cooled by the cooled circulating air, the boiled rice 8 is agitated by the sirring machine 23, and the boiled rice 8 is uniformly cooled. The cooled boiled rice 8 is transported through the chute 28, introduced into the second loosening cooler with an air jetting inlet at the outlet side of a ribbon conveyor with a jacket, the boiled rice is cooled to 0-5 deg.C, liberated water in the boiled rice is removed as much as possible, and the boiled rice is frozen, to give the desired frozen boiled rice granulated into single grains. |
