PURPOSE:To reduce the probability of system down by controlling the disconnection of a system power supply only when a device power supply alarm which may cause system down is generated. CONSTITUTION:A power supply control circuit is provided with a CPU, an MSU, a printer, an MT, etc., as load devices 1 and is constituted of power units 2 for supply power to these load devices 1, unit power control devices (UPC) 3 for turning on/off power supplies and alarming these power supplies to respective devices, and a system power supply control device (SPC) 4. The SPC 4 is provided with I/O ports 5 to be exclusively used for respective UPCs and the UPCs are connected to the I/O ports 5. The SPC 4 is mainly constituted of a control part 6 to send power supply ON/OFF signals to respective UPCs 3. In this case, alarm signals generated from respective UPCs 3 are divided into two stages and respective stages are processed by different wirings, so that when a trouble is not so important, the alarm is displayed only an alarm display means 8 and the processing can be continued. |
