PURPOSE:To keep off any discomfort feeling such as an oppressive sensation or rubbing, or the like due to a seat belt at time of a seat position change, by making a controller so as to perform delivering and winding control over the seat belt in a way of interlocking with the actuation of a seat driving device for the seat position change when it is operated. CONSTITUTION:A position changeable seat S is driven by a seat driving device SM. This driving device SM retreats the seat S to the specified position or as far as a portion for the specified distance by an electronic controller when the boarding and alighting motions of a driver are detected, thus his action for getting on and off a car becomes facilitated. And, after taking-a-car, the seat is controlled so as to cause it to be automatically set to the proper position. In addition, a winding shaft being energized in the winding direction is rotated by a motor, and a control device CON is installed in a seat belt apparatus SBA capable of controlling a slackness quantity of the seat belt, then this seal belt apparatus SBA is controlled so as to perform the delivering and winding control over the seat belt with actuation of the seat driving device SM. |
