PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize an electronic computer resource by providing each user program with a function for requesting the addition, reference, updating, deletion, and inquiry of data to a data base, and when the request is valid, executing the request. CONSTITUTION:An operating system OS1 has plural user programs 3. When an application program 32 in each user program 3 generates a request such as the addition, reference, updating, deletion, and inquiry of data stored in a data storing part 4 forming the data base, a data base management part 31 refers a data base management list and checks the existence of the user and the validity of the request. When the user is registered and the request is valid, said requested processing is executed. Consequently, the using efficiency of the electronic computer can be improved and a calculating time can be shortened. |
