PURPOSE:To surely prevent an engine from stalling, by detecting load to be added to a stopper of an all-speed governor at a time when a maximum fuel injection quantity is given to the engine, and controlling the displacement of a pump to make it smaller with the size of this load. CONSTITUTION:An engine 1 driving a variable displacement hydraulic pump 2 is controlled by an all-speed governor 1a. In this case, a load meter 107, doubling as a stopper of the control rod and detecting load, is installed in this governor 1a. And, this load meter 107 is connected to a computing element 10, and this computing element 10 is connected to a solenoid valve 11. And, when the control rod of the governor 1a reaches the maximum fuel injection time when it comes into contact with the stopper, the solenoid valve is transferred by the computing element 10 on the basis of a signal out of the load meter 107, and respective pipelines 6a and 6b are interconnected to each other. With this constitution, oil pressure to be discharged out of the pump 2 is also fed to a large diametral part 5b of a cylinder 5, thus displacement of the pump 2 is made smaller. |
