PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition useful for automobile parts, industrial parts, electronic and electric parts and components, etc. excellent in oil resistance, mechanical strengths and thermal aging resistance, by mixing a partially crosslinked graft-modified polyolefin elastomer with a polyamide. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic elastomer composition prepared by mixing 50-95pts.wt. graft-modified polyolefin elastomer (A) formed by dynamically heat-treating a blend containing 100-10pts.wt. peroxide-crosslinkable olefin copolymer rubber (a), 0-90pts.wt. olefin polymer (b) [the total amount of components (a) and (b) is 100pts.wt.] and 0.01-10pts.wt. at least one monomer selected from among an unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative), an unsaturated epoxy monomer and an unsaturated hydroxy monomer (c) in the presence of an organic peroxide and 5-50pts.wt. polyamide (B). |
