AUTOMATIC FOCUSING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To permit miniaturization by constituting a titled device in such a manner that the rotating motion of a focusing ring leads to rotation of a flat plate by a moving member. CONSTITUTION:The moving member 15 in contact with a cam 6 of the focusing ring 5 is guided by a guide member 16 and is moved in an optical axis direction (arrow B direction) when the ring 5 is turned. The engaging part of a holding member 13 engaging the guide part 17 provided to the moving member 15 turns around a revolving shaft 14 on movement of said member 15. A deflecting member held by the member 13 rotates as well at this time. The irradiation condition of the light reflected from a subject to a photodetecting element 4 is adjusted by rotation of the deflecting member 12 so that the focusing state is obtd. The small-sized automatic focusing device is thus obtd. by the constitution which is simpler in construction than the system of moving a photodetecting sensor.
