PURPOSE:To reliably prevent peeling off of a screw part, by a method wherein a bar body of fiber-reinforced resin where a reinforcing fiber string composed of a plurality of pieces of reinforcing fiber yarn is formed on a screw forming part and the bar body is formed and pressed in a longitudinal direction by inserting the same into a mold. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing fiber bundle body 12 is formed of a large number of pieces of reinforcing fiber yarn 11 and a reinforcing fiber string 12A is arranged on a surface layer part. The reinforcing fiber bundle body 12 is impregnated with nylon powder 13. The reinforcing fiber bundle 12 is molded into a bar body 14 by passing through a die 16 and cut into predetermined lengths. When the bar body 14 is inserted into a bolt molding tool 17 and the same is press beaten by a punch 18 in a longitudinal direction, the same is compressed in the longitudinal direction and a bolt 15 on the external circumference of which a screw groove 15A is formed is obtained. In this instance, the reiforcing fiber string 12A becomes into a meandering state by bending through beating pressure due to a punch 16, bites into the nylon 12 constituting a thread 5B part and reinforces the same part.
