PURPOSE:To obtain a dried sea tangle useful as a material to be added to various processed foods, having softened leaf body and eliminated smell, by boiling raw sea tangle in a boiling extracted solution of wood ash with hot water to make color tone into green, then immediately washing with water and cooling. CONSTITUTION:Raw sea tangle is boiled in a boiling extracted solution of wood ash with hot water preferably for about 25min (for example, initially 13min by high fire, then 7min by middle fire and further 5min by low fire). Then the sea tangle changed into green is immediately washed with water, cooled and successively dried to give the aimed sea tangle. |
