<p>PURPOSE:To enable retention of data to be secured, by providing an informative means or the like by which a message to the effect that a collation disagrees with renewed information is reported to the outside when the collation disagrees therewith. CONSTITUTION:When a data is written in E<2>PROM 223, after writing once an altered data in E<2>PROM 223, it is read out again and compared with the data which is believed to have been written. When both agree with each other, it can be determined that a data of a correct content have been written. When both disagree with each other, the lifetime of E<2>PROM 223 is determined to have expired. At that time, since the data can not accurately be memorized in E<2>PROM 223, a specific message is compulsorily outputted by printing.</p> |
