PURPOSE:To eliminate oxidative change of color and to prevent change in natural flavor, by feeding steam, etc., to a grinder sealed by a front valve device and a rear valve device transporting fruits and vegetables. CONSTITUTION:Fruits or vegetables are transported from a raw material feed chute 1 through a sealed rotary valve 2 to a grinder 4. Steam is introduced through a nozzle 3 and the fruits or vegetables are ground in a heated state. The ground fruits or vegetables are sent from a transportation pump 5 of sealed structure through a heating part 7 and a quenching part 8 of a cooker 6 to a squeezing machine 9. |
