PURPOSE:To make reliable insertion into a grooved line part of an end part of a skin material, by a method wherein an elastic filler having a nearly similar surface form to the surface of a molding core material to which the skin material is stuck is filled into a rigid case body having an edge on the tip of a side wall of the same. CONSTITUTION:A case body 2 is placed by turning an opening of the case body 2 upside, into which a heating unit 5 is put, and molten silicone rubber 3 is cast into a mold 1 further until the case body 2 is almost filled out. Then a lid member 6 whose surface form corresponds nearly that of a part of a molding core material where a skin material is stretched is put on the opening of the case body 2. In this case, attention should be paid so as not to make a cave while surplus silicone rubber is being removed. When the same is cooled, a mold in a form of reversed mold 1 is obtained. In addition, a large number of protrusions are on an inner wall of the case body 2, and when the silicone rubber cast into the case body 2 is solidified through cooling, the mold 1 and silicone rubber 3 are fixed. |
