PURPOSE:To obtain an on/off output with a high voltage and with less power consumption by generating a gate driving voltage to two output transistors (TRs) at the most proper value depending on its gate voltage setting element. CONSTITUTION:A couple of gate driving voltage switch circuits 30, 40 are switched alternately in response to the logical value of the bit signal so as to switch two output TRs 10(11, 12) alternately thereby extracting an on/off output from the connecting point between a couple of the output TRs 11, 12. That is, since only a single impedance element such as a resistor is included in a gate voltage generating circuit 20, the power consumption is halved in comparison with a conventional circuit by the configuration as above only. Moreover, since the two gate driving voltage switch circuits 30, 40 short-circuit or release gate voltage setting elements such as Zener diodes 21, 22 alternately, thereby inserting a gate driving voltage generated to one of the gate voltage setting elements 21, 22 into the said impedance element in series with respect to the power voltage at all times. Thus, the power consumption in the impedance element is decreased further.
