<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the shift processing in a quick and assured way by filing the register paper itself in the form of a picture data and therefore eliminating the check for each character and phrase at the shift processing. CONSTITUTION:When the input is through with the division of paper, the number of paired pages and the left/right information, an operator sets the register paper P to be shifted to a scanner and operates the register key on a keyboard. The data cutting marks M are written or pasted to the paper P which is set to the scanner. The corresponding field is separated by the X and Y coordinates of the marks M and set to its corresponding number. The scanner transfers only the picture data corresponding to the designated field to a picture filing device for each field and informs the final field number of the corresponding paper P to a system controller.</p> |
