PURPOSE:To obtain aged liquor having the same qualities as those of old liquor prepared by aging distilled liquor by a traditional method, economically and in a short time, by immersing an eluting material in distilled liquor, eluting a metallic component and a woody component and oxidizing the distilled liquor in a reaction tank. CONSTITUTION:Distilled liquor is fed to an eluting tank 1 charged with an eluting material 2 and circulated in the tank by a pump 4 to elute a metallic component and a woody component. Then the distilled liquor is packed into a reaction tank 10 filled with a reaction material 11 and recycled through a storage tank 12 below the reaction tank and the reaction tank 10 by a pump 13 to carry out oxidation and aging.
