Next, the kick parts 35a, 42a of a lever 35 kick the connection pin 60 of a lever 49 and an indication member mount piece 52 to revolve a lever 49 along a board groove 19a. Then, by moving an indication member 5 to a retraction position by the mount piece 52, the magnetic characteristic of the card 3 can be accurately measured.
