PURPOSE:To form a rolled-in part of the skin on a terminal of an in-mold molded product, by a method wherein after setting-up of the skin and a base material by accumulating them, soft resin is cast between the skin and base material through injection and the rolled-in part of the skin is set up. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is set up to a vacuum mold 7, then a sheet 6 which becomes the skin 3 and is made of polyolefin is heated and put over the base material. After a rolled-in part 3a obtained by rolling a terminal of the skin 3 into an inward of the base material has been formed on the skin 3, a polymer 13 is set up to an in-mold molding mold 8. Then a casting hole 1y is provided on a part corresponding to an opening part of a gate 14 and soft resin 13 is injected and cast between the base material 1 and skin 3 through the gate 14. Then a space 11 is formed between the skin 3 of the polymer 13 and a female mold 10 by performing mold clamping. |
