PURPOSE:To prevent the shift of an optical axis due to the thermal expansion and contraction of a substrate by welding or soldering the metallic part of an optical part to a metallic piece embedded in the substrate consisting of a ceramic. CONSTITUTION:The optical part 1 is welded or soldered to the metallic pieces 4, and fixed to the substrate 3. Since the substrate 3 is formed with a ceramic having a low thermal expansion coefficient, the shift due to the temp. change in the positional interrelation between parts is minimized when plural optical parts are fixed. As a result, the shift of the optical axis of the optical part due to a temp. change is not caused, and the range of the working temps. of an optical device can be extended.
