PURPOSE:To quickly execute access request from a another data processor to a released block by closing blocks, whose update is locked, correspondingly to respective update log files and successively releasing released blocks from closing at the time of completion of file release processing. CONSTITUTION:A closing means 12 is started by closing release control means 6-1 and 6-2 to close blocks, whose update is locked, and returns access request from the other operating data processors as errors. File releasing means 7-1 and 7-2 for respective update log files are started for each of update log files 17-1-17-2 by closing releasing control 6-1 and 6-2 and release blocks to states before update. A closing releasing means 13 for respective update log files is started for each of update log files 17-1-17-n by file releasing means 7-1 and 7-2 for respective update log files and releases blocks, which are released by file releasing means 7-1 and 7-2 for respective update log files, from closing to enable the other operating data processors to access blocks released from closing.
