摘要 PURPOSE:To permit a cargo to be safely and surely loaded and unloaded with no necessity for hand, by providing an external driving means which controls a transport means and a direction change means to be driven in accordance with each program of loading and unloading. CONSTITUTION:A truck 10 with a fork moves between a container 90 and a conveyer 50 loading or unloading a packing case. A turn table 60 is placed between the conveyer 50 and the container 90 performing a change of direction of the truck 10 with a fork for its loading and unloading. An external power unit 100, which performs running and steering of the truck 10 with a fork and turning control of the turn table 60, is controlled by a control unit receiving an output signal from a sensor arranged in each part. In this way, in accordance with a program previously stored in a memory, processing the output signal from the sensor to control each action of running, steering and cargo handling of the truck 10 with a fork, the action of change of direction of the truck 10 with a fork on the turn table 60 is automatically controlled.
