PURPOSE:To prevent the burst of noise into an external electric circuit part, by incorporating a signal transmission mechanism consisting of a rotary contact such as a spring and a fixed brush in a guide drum device. CONSTITUTION:A lower drum 2a in which a spatial part 2a1 is formed annularly on the upper part of a guide drum 2, and also, a bearing part 2a2 is formed on the lower part is fixed on a drum base 11 with a screw 94. A drum shaft 81 is supported with the lower drum 2a rotatably freely via a pair of bearings 82a and 82b arranged in the bearing part 2a, and a flywheel 83 is fixed on the upper end part of the shaft 81, and a slip ring 84 for feeding is fitted in the drum shaft 81 in the annular spatial part 2a1. An upper drum is fixed on the upper end of the flywheel 83 so as to close the spatial part 2a1. Also, on the lower end part of the lower drum 2a, a pulley 85 for driving is fixed with the screw, and a drum tape guide 2c is fixed on the lower drum 2a with screws 88a and 88b via a bracket 87.
